About Me

Picture
My journey into holistic wellness began over 30 years ago with my initial training as a reflexologist. However, my interest in spirituality and holistic practices began in my twenties, as I always sought alternative medicines and options as preventative
measures for my mind and body. Whilst circumstances at the time prevented me from immediately pursuing reflexology as a career, I cherished the opportunity to practice with friends and family. Over the years, I have expanded my holistic skills, adding Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Acu Sound Therapy, and Crystal and Chakra Healing to my repertoire. Alongside my holistic practice, I've also dedicated many years to working in health and social care. This experience has further nurtured my naturally caring, supportive, and empathetic nature, qualities that I bring to every session with my clients. I believe in the power of compassionate care and creating a safe space for healing and well-being.

In 2017, I trained as a therapeutic counsellor, a journey that deepened my understanding of emotional well-being and gave me valuable tools that now naturally weave into the holistic treatments I offer. My training helps me hold space for others with greater compassion, sensitivity, and presence — especially during times of grief, loss, or emotional overwhelm. Over the years, I’ve also had the privilege of volunteering with various organisations including, Mind, Macmillan, Scout Association and The Samaritans, something that continues to keep me grounded and connected to the wider community. Outside of my practice, I find great joy in life’s simple pleasures, cooking, getting lost in a good book, and listening to all kinds of music, which I find deeply emotive and healing in its own right.

Beyond one-to-one therapy, I’m passionate about creating supportive self-care workshops for adults.  These monthly gatherings explore topics like body image, aromatherapy, crystals for health, meditation and mindfulness, journaling, and mood boards -offering gentle guidance to help you nurture confidence, awareness, and well-being in everyday life.
