My treatment room, based in Haughley Green, IP14 3RR, Suffolk is a little sanctuary from the outside world, a cosy little bubble where the world pauses, your core gets a little extra love, and your soul lets out a happy sigh. It is a quirky space, bathed with warmth, golden light and energy, quite a few sparkles, and a whole lot of heart which mirrors my personality. I am deeply passionate about what I do. It’s a privilege to guide people back to themselves, helping body, mind, and energy settle into a more balanced, grounded state.
I specialise in, and work with, clients who are navigating grief, loss, or emotional
overwhelm, offering gentle, holistic therapies to help them process what they are feeling, find balance, and reconnect with themselves. In addition to this specialisation, I provide treatments to support a wide range of needs, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. My approach is calm, compassionate, and nurturing. Every treatment I offer is thoughtfully adapted to creating a protected, supportive space where clients feel truly cared for, in body, mind, and heart.
